- help you in your search for a home (according to the requirements set up by you) (*)
- visit the home of your choice, do research on the (technical) general condition of the home (not a technical inspection !)
- negociate with the sellers real estate agent and (after your bid is accepted) check and explain to you the contents of the purchase contract.
- help you with providing and handling (notary) documents (W.w.f.t.) and guide you in the process
(*) depending whether the real estate agent helps you in the search for a new house or helps you after you have found the house of your choice (and subsequently the services are limited to negociation about price / terms and follow up), their fees will vary.
